DPP #3: Ruffles, Mail, and Somewhat Failed Ornaments

    December 3, 2012 - By Marie

My house is an utter mess at the moment, with more projects going at once than I care to think about. A friend asked me a while ago to knit her a ruffle scarf and at the time I wasn’t very busy so I said “Sure!” So, naturally, Friday I…

25 Photos of December: Oh, Fudge

    December 1, 2012 - By Marie

Today began the season of holiday baking for me – the day when I officially start making all the goods to go in the holiday boxes for family and friends. I’m making/baking and freezing a lot of it until a day or so before I have to gift it to…

Welcome

Pardon the garden. A phrase I’m most likely to utter anytime anyone visits the house during the growing seasons of spring through fall. Sure, there are pretty flowers and delicious veggies in there somewhere, but they might be a little hard to find amidst the mess of overgrown grass, dandelions, and weeds that have found their way in there and haven’t been pulled.
