Home brewing success! That, folks, is my first-ever brew of hard cider. Which tastes more like wine than the Woodchuck I buy. Still rather than fizzy, with a higher ABV.
I’d like to wax poetic on how amazing it is, but truth be told I’m not sure if it’s very good. Sure, it’s drinkable. I think it passes well by my opinions- not too sweet, not too dry, definitely has that “bite” from the alcohol. It’s probably not a prize-winning brew by any means. But it’s mine, and I made it, and for that alone I’ll probably forgive any negative qualities. (I am very much reluctant to share it with anyone I know, however, out of fear that they’ll say it’s awful!)
