Neglect your dormant indoor plants and they suddenly decide to surprise you in early February with nice, healthy leaves starting to grow. This is my Chicago Hardy fig. I was worried about winter killing it so I brought it indoors once it lost leaves and looked like it was done for the season. Now it appears it is thriving once more. Perhaps this year we’ll get a fig or two from the plant?
My other indoor plants? Alive, but definitely showing signs of my neglect.
