German Pancake for breakfast with a few slices of bacon. Bread dough rising in the kitchen currently for a sausage and cheese roll for a family reunion later today. The house smells like a bakery and I love it!
I’ve never had one of these before, but I’ve been getting better with my cast iron cookware so I thought I’d give it a shot. So delicious! I opted to just sprinkle some powdered sugar and skip the lemon juice and a little drizzle of maple syrup (the real deal, not that flavored cheap stuff). Is it bad that the Mr and I ate the whole thing? That can’t be healthy. Oh well – it’s Breakfast Sunday, who cares!
